By accessing or using BaseKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BaseKit provides a suite of tools and extensions for Airtable users, including but not limited to LinkIt for sharing records and BackIt for automated backup and recovery. Our services are designed to enhance and extend Airtable's functionality.
3. User Accounts
To use BaseKit, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
BaseKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
